We are currently offering an excellent employment opportunity for experienced and new drivers, being presented with a job that has a scope for seasoned drivers who possess a valid U.K driver’s license. The drivers are required for immediate start. Our company is a well established minicab service company providing traveling services in the UK for the past many years. The staff that we pick for delivering our services has to be polite and well-mannered. We provide plentiful training to the selected candidates.
Our mini cabs are an excellent way to travel, and our drivers also help clients with their luggage. Mini cab for Airport transfer is an excellent option when it comes to travelling to and from the Airport terminal. Our minicabs driver also has to take care of the cars that are his responsibility. We would prefer drivers who perform this duty in a trustworthy manner. We currently have free shift, full time and part time service. We also offer fix rent which ads more credibility to our service. Our drivers also have to suggest the best scenic spots that the clients can visit. For that they have to research the adjoining London areas. We are offering mostly cash work to our staff, which is more convenient and easy.
As a result of continued growth we are recruiting new PCO drivers. We will provide the driver with vehicle, insurance, fuel, maintenance and training. The tips collected would be for the driver. Ample breaks would be provided to the drivers so that they could recuperate and offer a better driving experience to the clients.
Apart from that the drivers would be driving our passengers to and from various destinations using the best cars and will be responding to their needs, and will have to create memorable experiences for them. Our minicab service will also train the drivers in areas like customer handling, which would enable them to greet our passengers with confidence and deliver an outstanding service. The drivers would also have to provide assistance in areas like providing them with knowledge of the city, the local area and hotels/restaurant.
Our cars offer opportunities in the areas like free shift, full time, part time and commission bases. Our fix rent also creates a good impact on our clients.
The entry requirement for the candidate is as follows:
He should be enthusiastic, determined and a motivated individual who has worked in a similar role within the hospitality industry. He will have to be a team player having excellent communication skills and attention to detail is also a must. Our work is mostly cash work, and other skills that need to be demonstrated include:
- Excellent knowledge of all major landmarks, theatres, restaurants etc.
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Strong guest care skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility
- Excellent driver
- Holder of a PCO - Private Hire Driver’s license
- In-depth knowledge of Greater London’s topography
